25th & 26th Jan

25th, Thursday:
I got up at 845 and reached ward at 925. After the seeing the beds and round we had tea. At 1, everybody was there in the ward as health secretary was expected to visit (it was convocation day). At 2, me atif and muhammad ali sab went to galaxi book fair, but we didnt find the book as it was raining. We were back at 245. After coming back home i had lunch and after nmaz i got online. After maghrib, i dropped abbu at ismaeel masjid and i went to sms courier to send the surgicon letters to 13 destinations. I reached back home at 8. After lunch and nmaz i went to bed.

26th, Friday:
I went to sleep again after nmaz at 630 and got up at 8 and went to ward at 845. It was final prof viva of surgery. It started with table viva, then i conducted the short cases and after juma, i conducted the long case with dab sab. I reached back home at 3. After lunch and nmaz i got online and watched cricket at the same time. At asar time shahid bhai n saima baji n co came, i stayed with them till maghrib. After dinner and esha, me sufi n ami went to family mart. We returned at 1030. I was asleep around 1130.

23rd & 24th Jan

23rd, Tuesday:
i got up at 755 and reached OT at 840. Today, i closed a wound on Lt arm (was post I&D of injection abscess), then i did 2 sebaceous cysts and assisted a pyogenic granuloma excision with lodhi sab. After that i had tea and went to ward to get the xrays and instruments. I was back at 130. After lunch and nmaz i had rest. At 330 i went to ward for the x rays and instruments class. From there i went to saleem to fill his driving license form. After maghrib, i came back home and took antivirus programs on a CD and went to lodhi sab's residence. He took me to alnoor and there i installed NOD 32 to his laptop. We returned at 8, and had kabad and tikka. I was back home at 9.

24th, Wednesday:
I got up at 810 and reached ward at 910. After the round and tea, i went to emergency at 1230. At about 3, i assisted a laparotomy with dr sumaira (it was some malignancy, we did gastrojejunostomy and took biopsies from omentum and ovary.) Then we had lunch, then i supervised a burn wash and a debribement, and stitching of a crush injury left leg. I was free at 830. After dinner nmaz and coffee i was in bed at 10 and slept early

22nd Jan

Monday:
i got up at 815 and reached ward at 910. After the round and tea i was free at 12. I stayed in the ward till 2. On the way back i got supernet card. After lunch and nmaz i got online. I also watched cricket (pak vs SA, 2nd test, 4th day, pak won!) We had dinner at 9.

21st Jan

Sunday:
On the way back from emergency i got the halwa poorian. After breakfast i went to get come cutting done. Then i got online for some time. At 1130, i went to for the tuning, service and changing the brake lather of bike, I came back at 2. After lunch and nmaz i worked on computer and watch cricket. After dinner, i installed windows in usama's computer and went to sleep around 12

20th Jan

Saturday:
i got up at 820 and reached ward at 910. After seeing the beds, round and tea, i went to OPD at 1230. From there i was free at 130. After having lunch and saying nmaz, i got online. I went to sleep at 4 and got up at 730. After nmaz and dinner i reached emergency at 820. I assisted an obstructed inguinal hernia with Dr atif and shafiq sab it needed end to end anastomosis). Then i supervised zulfiqar a suprapubic cystostomy and did a chest intubation and removed a foreign body hand. In between that we had pizza! I had rest 4-630 and was free to leave at 8

17-19th Jan

17th, Wednesday:
After getting up at 815, i reached ward at 9. After the round and tea i went to emergency at 12. WE HAND LUNCH AT 230, then supervised a buttock abscess I&D to zulfiqar and bilateral ischiorectal abscess to behzad. Then i demonstrated stitching to 3rd year students. Just before leaving for home, i did a cut down. At home, after dinner and nmaz i studied renal cell ca from bailey and a bit of nephrectomy from farquharson before going to sleep.

18th. Thursday:
i got up at 810 and reached ward at 9. After the work at beds we had tea. Then i did the work of patients on list. At 1 dab sab did round and added patients to list. Then i prepared those new patients on list. I got back home at 2. After doing lunch and nmaz i went to drop Ja-e-namaz to Dr saira's home. Then i got online. I went to ward again at 8 and stayed there till 8. After dinner and nmaz i went to sleep soon

19th, Friday:
I got up at 755 and reached OT at 840. I partially assisted a PUH to dr sumera, then did an ingrowing toe nail in plastic surgery theater. Then i did my hernia with staff and came back home at 1. After juma and lunch i got online. At about 4, lala uncle and co came, i stayed with them, they left at 6. We had dinner at 830. Then we chatted to canada and i watched nilaam ghar after that.

16th Jan

i got up at 8 and reached ot at 845. I assisted a laparotomy to dr sumera, (it was ca descending colon, we did resection and brought both ends out). Then i did my hernia (it was nicely done). I came back at 2 and had lunch. After nmaz i stayed online for some time.
There was nothing else much significant that day

15th Jan

Monday:
i got up at 830 and reached ward at 915. After the round i was free at 1. I said zuhr at cpsp and me azeem, asim and dr atif had lunch at king food. From there i came back at 330. After asar, i spent sometime online. We had dinner at 830. After esha we talked with baji n kids in canada. Then i fixed the plates of heater and went to bed at 11, i studies herniorhaphy from farquharson and fell asleep during this.

14th Jan

Sunday:
On the way back home from hospital i bought breakfast from islam nagar and afte rhaving breakfast i stayed online for some time, Then i had rest 12-4. After saying maghrib me n ami went out. First we went to bazar and bought bottles for aab-e-zamzam and packs for khajuren, shampo, mayonaisse, ball pens, body spray and dry fruits. Then we went to safura anuty for kabab party. From there we came back at 1015 and after saying esha i went to sleep around 1130

13th Jan

I got up at 8 and reached ward at 9. After seeing the beds and tea, i went to opd at 11. From ther ei left at 130 and went to ufone office to get the sim. After coming back home, i had lunch and nmaz and then spent some time online. I had rest 4-6. I reached emergency at 825. I did 2 burn wash, then assisted a laparotomy with dr naeemullah and dr atif, then i did debribement of 4 gunshot wounds. I had rest 5-7, and was free at 830

12th Jan

Friday:
i got up at 8 and reached OT at 830. There, i assisted a laparotomy (was ca rectum, they did hartman) with shafiq sab n sultan sab, dr sumera relieve me during it and i went to do my hernia with new HO dr asif, Then i assisted a hernia with dr dilawaiz n came back home at 1230, After the juma, i brought roti. At about 3 rafiq sab came and i spent half an hour with him. After asr, i spent some time online. We had dinner at 9 and i went to bed soon after that

10th and 11th Dec

Wednesyday, thursday:
I got up and 8 and reached emergency at 845. I stayed there till 2, tehn sufi came and we had lunch in emergency. Then we went to workshop to get the car. From there we got free at about 6. We set off for lahore at 8 and reached there around 10. Then we had dinner at gul aunty's home and slept there.

Next morning we got up at 6 and afte rnmaz and breakfast we went to the airport to receive ami n abbu. We came back to gul aunty's home at 10 and afte rhaving repeat breakfast there, we left for faisalabad at about 11. We reached home at 1 and then i went to ward at 215. i stayed there till 8 and prepared the preop list. After coming back home, i said esha and went to pizza hut at 930 and had welcome/farewell party for house officers. From there i came back home at 12.

9th Jan

I got up at 830 and reached OT at 9 10. I assisted an incisional biopsy of nexk mass (which turned out to be cold abscess) with dr sumaira . Then i assisted a TVP with Dr TF n dr atif. Then i had tea and was free at 1230. I came back home at 1 and had lunch with afghani roti and gajren matar aaloo from tahir's home. Then i spent sometime online. I had dinner with same salan as well.

8yh Jan

Monday:
i got up at 830 and reached ward at 920. After the round and tea we were free but i stayed with dr atif. Farhan and aasim also came there. i left at 2 and came back home after getting petrol and pratha and rotian from pathan in islam nagar. I had lunch with mitha egg and after saying zuhr, i spent some time online. At night i had dinenr with naan and chicken handi which sufi brought. Just after that azeem came, we had coffee with him.

7th Jan

Sunday:
On the way back home from emergency, i got naan chanay and yogurt from islam nagar and did break fast. Just after that, haji rafiq sb came and i served him breakfast and made tea. Then i got online. In the afternoon i had lunch with naan and chanay. I had dinner with matar from tahir's home and koftey from rafiq sab. After that me n sufi went to hospital to see kashif imran, then i went to saleem and had tea with him, then me n saleem went to ward for few minutes, and then i came back at 930. I had coffee at that time and went to sleep later

6th Jan

Saturday:
i got up at 8 and went to OPD at 9. I stayed there till 2. After coming back i brought roti that i ate with daal. Then i had rest 4 to 730. Then i got ready, had dinner with daal and went to emergency at 830. I did 2 chest intubations, a perforated appendix through right paramedian incision and inserted drains under local anesthesia. I had rest 5-730 and was free to leave at 8

5th Jan

Friday:
i woke up at 1130! and ran to bank to pay the sui gas bill. After coming back, i fixed the antenna and went for juma. After coming back i brought the roti and ate it with salan from lala uncle's home. After that i stayed online. At night i had dinner with daal from tahir's home. Then usama came and we had coffee together.

4th Jan

Thursday:
i got up at 10 and had breakfast. then i stayed online and also cleaned the room. At 2 i had lunch with rice from haji anwar sab's home. Then i washed few dresses. After that, haji ilyas sab came to get the reports of his mother checked by me. After asr, i went to bazar and bought dry fruit, milk cartoon, candies, body spray, hanger, door catcher, antenna and POP for fixing heater plate. After coming back home, i said maghrib and went with sufi to islam nagar to get heater plates. Then we fixed the plates and had dinner with same rice and coffee. Then i fixed the hanger and door catcher. After that i spent some time online before going to bed

3rd Jan

Wednesday:

i got up at 11 and spent sometime online. At 1 i got ready for the duty and reached emergency at 230. It was very busy there, i did debribement of a meliney's gangrene and then supervised an appendectomy to asim. At 830, me asim atif jadawi and dr atif went to shehryar for soup. On the way back i dropped atif jadawi and bought bread. Then i said nmaz and had coffee and pratha roll brought by sufi and went to sleep soon after that

2nd Jan

Tuesday:
I got up at 930 and went to rafiq sab's home. There we did qurbani and had breakfast at 12 with naan and kalaiji. Then we came back with meat. Sufi dropped me at home and went with rafiq sab to get the 2 parts in cow from jamia abdullah bin massod. We had lunch with chicken from haji anwar sab's home. After that i made packets of meat to be distributed. Then me n sufi went out to get qeema done. After that we washed the qeema. Then i said esha prayer and had dinenr with kababs from shahzad sab's home. Then i went to ward and did the round. Farhan came at 1030. Before coming back i did a cut down and reached back home at 1.

1st Jan

Monday:
It was eid day and new year as well! Me n atif went to hospital mosque for eid prayer. From there, i came back home. When sufi came back we had breakfast and then i had rest till 3. After getting up, i said nmaz and had lunch with chicken sent by haji anwar sab and had tea after it. After asr, me n sufi went out to bring bakra and bought it from millat chowk. Then we took it to haji rafiq sab's home and said maghrib there. From there, we went to uncle jan's home, we had dinner there and came back at 11.
